Frequently asked questions

How does Pippa log my meals?

Point your camera at your plate and snap a photo. Pippa estimates the food and calories for you, so there's no manual entry. You can review and adjust any entry afterward.

How do streaks work?

Log consistently and your buddy thrives. If you miss a day the streak gently resets, that's a fresh start, not a failure. There's no penalty and no guilt.

Who can see my data?

Only you and the care team you explicitly approve. A clinician can see your detailed data only after a data-sharing agreement is signed, and you can sever that access anytime. We never sell your data and never show ads. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

How do I share my progress with a clinician?

Go to Settings โ†’ Sharing and follow the prompt to sign a data-sharing agreement with your clinician. Access begins only after the agreement is in place.

How do I stop sharing with a clinician?

Open Settings โ†’ Sharing and sever the connection. Their access stops immediately.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings โ†’ Delete Account. Your care team is notified and loses access immediately, the account can no longer sign in, and all your data (photos, logs, moods, chats, and profile) is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days. A minimal legal record of consent and the deletion request is retained as required by law. You can also request deletion by emailing asraygopa@gmail.com. How do I export a copy of my data?

Email asraygopa@gmail.com and we'll send you a copy of your data.

How do I manage notifications?

Manage push notifications in iOS Settings โ†’ Pippa โ†’ Notifications, or adjust check-in timing inside the app's settings.

I'm a parent or guardian. What are my rights?

For users aged 13โ€“17, a parent or guardian agrees to the Terms as the contracting party. You may review the categories of information collected, revoke consent, and direct deletion of the minor's information at any time via asraygopa@gmail.com or the in-app deletion flow.
