Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 · Effective August 18, 2026

Pippa is used by people in eating-disorder recovery and by their care teams. Recovery support should not depend on how well you see a screen, how steadily you can tap, or whether you use a screen reader. This statement describes where Pippa's accessibility stands today, honestly, including what still needs work.

1. What this covers

2. Conformance target

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, applied to our websites and, in spirit, to the mobile apps alongside Apple's and Google's platform accessibility guidance.

Current status: partially conformant. That means most of the product meets the target, but some parts do not yet. We are not claiming full conformance, because that would not be true.

3. What works today

4. Known limitations

These are the gaps we are aware of. We would rather list them than let you discover them.

These items are on our list, and reports from real users move them up it.

5. Assistive technology we test against

We do not yet run a formal third-party accessibility audit. When we do, we will publish the result here.

6. Tell us about a barrier

If any part of Pippa is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us at pippa.app.general@gmail.com. Include the device, the assistive technology you use, and what you were trying to do. Messages go to a real person.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate by replying with "accessibility escalation" in the subject line, and it will be reviewed by the company owner.

7. This statement

We review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we ship a significant change to the apps or the dashboard. It was last reviewed on August 18, 2026.
