I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen or the grown-up lock, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the code we email you.
I didn't get the sign-up code
Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code on the same screen.
How do I get to Settings?
Settings sit behind a grown-up lock, which uses your account password. That keeps them out of little hands.
We got a new phone. Where did everything go?
Install Arfy and sign in with the same email. Meals, foods and Arfy's outfit come back. Plate photos do not, because they stay on the old phone, and neither do meal times or boy or girl.
A meal or food says it's waiting to save
Arfy saves to the phone first and sends entries when it can. Open Settings to see what's waiting, connect to the internet, and try again. If Arfy asks for your OK, read the policy and tap "I agree".
How do I remove a meal or a food?
Grown-ups can delete a meal, or hide its photo, in the meal calendar, and delete a food in the food list.
How do I turn off Arfy's voice or the reminders?
Both are in Settings. Reminders are off until you turn them on.
Does Arfy cost anything?
No. This version has no ads, in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Does Arfy use AI?
No. No photo or text goes to any AI service.
Where do plate photos go?
Nowhere. Arfy keeps them on the phone. See the privacy policy for the details, including phone backups.
Can I get a copy of what you have saved?
Yes, in Settings. The copy holds what reached our servers plus the plate photos on that phone. Entries still waiting to be saved are not in it.
How do I stop Arfy saving to my account?
In Settings, tap "Withdraw consent" on iPhone or "Stop saving to my account" on Android. New entries then stay on the phone. You can still delete single meals or foods. To start again, tap "I agree".
What happens if I sign out, or someone else signs in?
Signing out keeps everything on the phone for when you come back. If a different account signs in on that phone, Arfy first erases everything the previous family saved there.
