Pippa is a shared recovery space that includes minors, people in acute distress, and clinicians responsible for their patients' safety. These rules exist to keep it safe. They apply to the apps, the AI chat, care-team messaging, the dashboard, and the clinician hub.

Depending on what happened and who is at risk, we may:

A patient's own safety-related content is never treated as a violation. Telling Pippa you are struggling, that you skipped a meal, that you had a hard eating moment, or that you are having thoughts of self-harm is exactly what the app is for. Section 1 is about content that promotes harm, not content that discloses it.

If your account was limited or terminated and you think that was wrong, reply to the notice or email us. Say what happened from your side. A person reviews it, and access is restored when we got it wrong.
